    Great High Quality replacement for my original that played Houdini from one of my early apartments in the 1980's. If you do not own a vinyl copy of Garcia get this seminal re-release. Bonus studio disk gives great insight to genius.

    Great job, Garcia Family and Round Records. These are high quality inner sleeves with heavy cardboard outers and polyethylene inners. More importantly, the vinyl is decently quiet and the mastering is great. And the bonus tracks! Way to let the Deal go down. Thanks for doing this right.

    The 50th anniversary edition of Garcia is a must have for all. The care taken in the production of this makes other variations of this record pale in comparison. The second record of outtakes brings into the light the great mind of Garcia as he finds the way to communicate the feelings he has in song. A very welcomed addition to my ever expanding collection of vinyl records.

    One of my favorite all time lps. i own several pressings of this album. Definitely the best all Gold color, Vinyl has been back for some time. Using currently a Gemini 1000 to play the old albums. Deal always a highlight as is this entire album. Interesting second lp included. I have heard the material before on compact disc but occasionally i really enjoy putting the turntable on. A must have if you are a collector.

    A great album and nicely packaged. The additional materials were interesting but the main album is what matters. Nicely done.

    This is a Christmas gift for a "deadhead" and I think it will be appreciated. The shirt arrived much later, but made it, so all is good! It looks great and I didn't even open the album set. I hope he will love it!

    Recently purchased Garcia 50th Anniversary in vinyl. What an outstanding job of mixing, mastering, & pressing the vinyl! Couldn't be happier with this new opportunity to enjoy some of my most favorite music thank you!

    All sessions from Wally Heider studios, put to vinyl or not, are a worthy curiosity. Especially those with Jerry on pedal Steel guitar!

    This has always been a great album, but the extras are great too! Hearing alternate takes, some of which seem to be just live recordings of Jerry and Billy playing together are stunning!

    Nice packaging. Loved the liner notes and the Gold vinyl. The sound is clean and crisp. I ran Jerry through an Adcom GFA 5500 Power Amp and GFP 555 pre Amp. The Mix is so spot on I kept the treble and base at 12 o'clock. The Alternate takes are just as clean. Very happy about this re-issue.

    50th lp is still amazing. Love the "Deal Remix" that came out right before I got this album. Nice knobs! Just what are those letter, number combinations under there anyway? I forgot.
