Recorded during Garcias Spring 90 run at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco, How Sweet It Is serves as a sequel to the Jerry Garcia Bands beloved self-titled live release. The 10-song collection has been remastered for reissue on vinyl for the first time and pressed to 180g vinyl in a limited edition, Record Store Day release of 7,500.

TravisOctober 11, 2024It's such a strong album with a great combination of songs that groove, uplift me, and inspire contemplation. The whole band is on fire on this recording. I've heard many of these on other Jerry Garcia Band recordings, but this was clearly a very special night for the band. When you put on an album and it makes you feel better when it's all over, you know music has worked its universal magic.

Eddie in IndySeptember 6, 2023what a joyful album. Certainly, it goes without saying that this particular ensemble is on fire that night. Especially when there are tracks we all have heard before and songs like: Like a Road and Tears of Rage don't get to see too many releases. This is an album I recommend for both casual listener and Jerryologists alike. You will enjoy this album
